Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15g) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1.2g) cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp (8g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (3g) fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (3g) fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mince the garlic cloves finely. Use the side of a knife to mash the garlic into a paste with a pinch of salt to ensure a smooth texture.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Gently fold in the minced garlic paste, chopped parsley, dill, and chives. Stir until the herbs are evenly distributed.
