Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15g) fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1.2g) cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp (8g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (3g) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (3g) fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic cloves finely. Use the side of a knife to mash the garlic into a paste with a pinch of salt to ensure a smooth texture.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
- Gently fold in the minced garlic paste, chopped parsley, dill, and chives. Stir until the herbs are evenly distributed.
