Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (75g) Raw Almonds (unblanched, preferably soaked)
  • 3 cups (720ml) Filtered Water
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1-2 Medjool Dates (pitted) OR 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients (soaked almonds, filtered water, salt, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract (if using)) to the high-speed blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30 seconds (or until completely smooth and creamy).
  3. Pour immediately and enjoy, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving.
