Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (75g) Raw Almonds (unblanched, preferably soaked)
- 3 cups (720ml) Filtered Water
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1-2 Medjool Dates (pitted) OR 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients (soaked almonds, filtered water, salt, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract (if using)) to the high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30 seconds (or until completely smooth and creamy).
- Pour immediately and enjoy, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving.
