Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) full-fat cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Line your air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper cut to fit.
- In a small bowl, stir together the 225g cottage cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and everything bagel seasoning.
- Using a tablespoon, place approximately 6-8 small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment paper per serving, leaving 1 inch of space between them.
- Flatten each mound with the back of a spoon into a thin, even circle.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes or until the edges are deep golden brown and the centers are firm. At the 10 minute mark, peek inside; if they look like they are browning too fast, drop the temp to 375°F (190°C).
- Allow chips to cool for 5 minutes in the basket to fully harden before serving.
