  • Optional: Red pepper flakes, to taste (for a little kick)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and trim the green beans, snapping off the ends. Make sure to pat them dry.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Make sure they are evenly coated.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again, ensuring the cheese is distributed evenly.
  4. Arrange the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking. You may need to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. The beans should be crisp-tender and the Parmesan should be melted and slightly golden.
