Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) dried pasta (rotini, farfalle, or penne work well)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions for al dente.
- Drain the pasta thoroughly in a colander. Spread the cooked pasta on paper towels to dry slightly.
- Transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd (you may need to work in batches).
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the air fryer pasta chips from the air fryer. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (optional). Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
