Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) dried pasta (rotini, farfalle, or penne work well)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions for al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta thoroughly in a colander. Spread the cooked pasta on paper towels to dry slightly.
  3. Transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd (you may need to work in batches).
  5. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the air fryer pasta chips from the air fryer. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (optional). Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
