Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Fillets (4-6 ounce/113-170g each), skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (15 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (2.5 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Dill (1.25 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt (1.25 ml)
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper (0.625 ml)
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Brush or drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes (if your air fryer requires preheating).
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. If your air fryer is small, cook in batches.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately.
