Ingredients:

  • 2 Salmon Fillets (4-6 ounce/113-170g each), skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (15 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (2.5 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Dill (1.25 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (1.25 ml)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper (0.625 ml)

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Brush or drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes (if your air fryer requires preheating).
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. If your air fryer is small, cook in batches.
  6. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  7. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately.
