- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 pound/450 grams)

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat) (1 g)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Peel sweet potatoes; discard skins. Cut into ½-inch (1.25 cm) cubes for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add sweet potato cubes and toss until well coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Transfer seasoned sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping, until golden brown and crispy.
