  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (2 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat) (1 g)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel sweet potatoes; discard skins. Cut into ½-inch (1.25 cm) cubes for even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add sweet potato cubes and toss until well coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer seasoned sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping, until golden brown and crispy.
