Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) California corbina fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (2 g)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (15 g)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (15 g)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (10 g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (3 g)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (5 g) (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the corbina fillets dry with paper towels and place fillets in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fold in chopped herbs.
- Pour the herb mixture over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
