Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin on or off)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for serving)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleaning (optional).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or spoon the marinade evenly over each fillet.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
