Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin on or off)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for serving)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleaning (optional).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or spoon the marinade evenly over each fillet.
  5. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
