Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  8. Brush the tops of the cheese bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
