Ingredients:
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Biscuits
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the tops of the cheese bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
