Ingredients:
- 2 cups (370g) Long-grain white rice
- 1 tbsp (14g) Unsalted butter
- 3 cups (710ml) Low-sodium beef bone broth
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Place the rice in a fine-mesh strainer and rinse under cold running water, stirring gently until the water runs clear to remove excess surface starch.
- Add the rinsed rice, beef bone broth, butter, salt, and pepper into the inner pot of the rice cooker and stir once to distribute the butter.
- Close the lid and select the 'White Rice' or 'Standard' setting. Once the machine switches to 'Warm' mode, let the rice steam undisturbed for 10 minutes.
- Open the lid and use a rice paddle or fork to gently lift and fold the rice to incorporate air and prevent compression.
