Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread (Sourdough, brioche, or your favourite), about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Biscoff cookie butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Biscoff cookie crumbs (crushed Biscoff cookies)
- Optional: A drizzle of honey or maple syrup to taste (Approx. 1 teaspoon or 5ml)
- Optional: A sprinkle of sea salt
- Optional: Fresh Berries like strawberries or blueberries for garnish
Instructions:
- Toast the bread to your desired level of doneness. You want it to be golden brown and crisp.
- In a small bowl, gently stir the Greek yogurt to loosen it slightly.
- Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the toasted bread.
- Drizzle the softened Biscoff cookie butter over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (if using), sea salt and fresh berries (if using). Serve immediately.
