Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread (Sourdough, brioche, or your favourite), about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Biscoff cookie butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Biscoff cookie crumbs (crushed Biscoff cookies)
  • Optional: A drizzle of honey or maple syrup to taste (Approx. 1 teaspoon or 5ml)
  • Optional: A sprinkle of sea salt
  • Optional: Fresh Berries like strawberries or blueberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread to your desired level of doneness. You want it to be golden brown and crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, gently stir the Greek yogurt to loosen it slightly.
  3. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the toasted bread.
  4. Drizzle the softened Biscoff cookie butter over the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (if using), sea salt and fresh berries (if using). Serve immediately.
