Ingredients:
- 1 cup blue raspberry syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 cups crushed ice
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
- Combine the blue raspberry syrup, water, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Stir vigorously until the mixture is a uniform, deep neon blue to ensure no sugar pockets remain.
- Add the crushed ice to a high-speed blender. Pour the flavor concentrate over the top of the ice.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large chunks, then quickly ramp up to high. Blend until a whirlpool effect forms and the mixture reaches a smooth, velvet-like consistency.
- Pour the slushie into chilled glasses and serve immediately before the ice crystals begin to collapse.
