Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds frozen crab legs (king or snow crab preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for serving)
  • Fresh lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill the large pot with 2 quarts of water. Add sea salt and optional Old Bay seasoning to the water.
  2. Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
  3. Carefully add the frozen crab legs to the boiling water using tongs.
  4. Cover the pot with the lid and return to a boil. Cook for 6-8 minutes, ensuring the crab is heated through.
  5. Carefully remove the crab legs from the pot using tongs. Serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
