Ingredients:
- 2 pounds frozen crab legs (king or snow crab preferred)
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 quarts water
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for serving)
- Fresh lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill the large pot with 2 quarts of water. Add sea salt and optional Old Bay seasoning to the water.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Carefully add the frozen crab legs to the boiling water using tongs.
- Cover the pot with the lid and return to a boil. Cook for 6-8 minutes, ensuring the crab is heated through.
- Carefully remove the crab legs from the pot using tongs. Serve hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
