Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Stir in warm water and olive oil until a rough dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- In a separate bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it out to a rectangle (about 12x18 inches).
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly, pinch seams to seal, and shape into a loaf.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking tray, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
