  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (150g) mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
  • Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the Dough: Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
