Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies (about 300g), crushed
- 5 tablespoons (70g) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish firmly.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the crust for 10 minutes for a firmer base, or leave it unbaked if your filling doesn’t require it.
