Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (510g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 tsp (5g) flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Combine the dark chocolate, condensed milk, and butter in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the top into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly across the surface and press the grains lightly into the chocolate.
  6. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift the parchment paper and slice the fudge into 20 equal squares using a sharp knife.
