Ingredients:
- 3 cups (510g) dark chocolate chips
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 tsp (5g) flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Combine the dark chocolate, condensed milk, and butter in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the top into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the flaky sea salt evenly across the surface and press the grains lightly into the chocolate.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Lift the parchment paper and slice the fudge into 20 equal squares using a sharp knife.
