Ingredients:

  • 1 small roll canned biscuits (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (mix of white and brown)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place 1-2 tablespoons of butter in the baking pan and melt in the preheating oven.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a plastic bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Add the biscuit pieces to the bag and shake until coated with the sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in the melted butter in the pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. While baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  9. Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool for 2 minutes before drizzling with the icing.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
