Ingredients:
- 1 small roll canned biscuits (about 8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (mix of white and brown)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 teaspoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of butter in the baking pan and melt in the preheating oven.
- Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a plastic bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Add the biscuit pieces to the bag and shake until coated with the sugar mixture.
- Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in the melted butter in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool for 2 minutes before drizzling with the icing.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
