Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 6 slider buns (or dinner rolls)
- ½ cup (120g) sliced pickles
- 2 cups (150g) pre-packaged coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup (60g) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- While beef cooks, slice slider buns in half. Once beef is done, remove from heat. Place a generous spoonful of beef on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a handful of prepared coleslaw and a few slices of pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Place the sliders on a serving platter and serve warm.
