Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 6 slider buns (or dinner rolls)
  • ½ cup (120g) sliced pickles
  • 2 cups (150g) pre-packaged coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup (60g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. While beef cooks, slice slider buns in half. Once beef is done, remove from heat. Place a generous spoonful of beef on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a handful of prepared coleslaw and a few slices of pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  4. Place the sliders on a serving platter and serve warm.
