  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Vanilla Syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 shots (2 oz/60ml) Espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Caramel Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Optional: Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Vanilla Syrup (if homemade): Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool.
  2. Layer the Syrup: Pour vanilla syrup into the bottom of your glass.
  3. Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour Milk: Gently pour milk over the ice.
  5. Add Espresso: Slowly pour the espresso (or strong coffee) over the milk, allowing it to settle and create layers.
  6. Top with Caramel: Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
