Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch thick tenders
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25g) black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25g) salt
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1/2 cup/50g)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup/15g)

Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken breasts into tender-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the crack coating evenly over each chicken tender.
  4. Arrange coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
