Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth and matte.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Increase the speed to high and whip for another 30 seconds until the mixture becomes paler and more voluminous.
- Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff using a spatula using a cut and fold motion until streaks disappear, preserving the air bubbles.
