Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth and matte.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Increase the speed to high and whip for another 30 seconds until the mixture becomes paler and more voluminous.
  3. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff using a spatula using a cut and fold motion until streaks disappear, preserving the air bubbles.
