Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (113g) ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup (113g) blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (118ml) Frank's RedHot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1/2 cup (57g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (28g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing (if using), and hot sauce to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), and garlic powder.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
