Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (113g) ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup (113g) blue cheese dressing (optional)
- 1/2 cup (118ml) Frank's RedHot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 1/2 cup (57g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (28g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or baguette slices (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing (if using), and hot sauce to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
