Ingredients:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish, sealing any seams to create a uniform layer.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese mixture, sealing the edges with the bottom layer.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top layer. Mix 1/4 cup of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is set. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
