Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish, sealing any seams to create a uniform layer.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese mixture, sealing the edges with the bottom layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top layer. Mix 1/4 cup of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is set. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
