Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240 g) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (120 g) lump crab meat, drained
- 2 tbsp (30 g) sour cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 tsp (5 g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) onion powder
- 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to the bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, preserving its texture.
- Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
