Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (120 g) lump crab meat, drained
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp (1 g) onion powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to the bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, preserving its texture.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
