Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp caramel drizzle
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder

Instructions:

  1. In a medium pitcher or measuring cup, whisk together the cold brew concentrate, half-and-half, simple syrup, vanilla, and salt until the syrup is fully incorporated and the mixture is uniform in color.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or a shallow freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm but not rock-hard.
  3. Transfer the frozen coffee cubes into a high-speed blender. Pulse on low to break the cubes into small fragments.
  4. Increase blender speed to high for 20-30 seconds until the mixture reaches a thick, swirling consistency.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream, drizzle, and cinnamon if desired.
