Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions:
- Whisk together the milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a pitcher until the condensed milk is fully incorporated with no streaks.
- Stir in the chocolate syrup (or chosen flavor infusion). If using a blender for the non-machine method, pulse on low for 10 seconds to combine.
- For Ninja Slushi: Pour mixture into the reservoir and select the 'Milkshake' or 'Slush' setting until thick peaks form. For Ninja Creami: Freeze in pint for 24 hours, then process using 'Milkshake' function. For Blender: Combine mixture with 3 cups crushed ice and blend on high until velvety.
- Dispense the slushie into a chilled glass.
