Ingredients:

  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt, preferably Greek for creaminess
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes, optional for thickness

Instructions:

  1. Peel and segment the oranges. Ensure all seeds are removed.
  2. Peel the banana if not already done and slice it into pieces.
  3. Add orange segments, banana slices, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. If desired, add ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  5. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  6. Stop blending to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed. Blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
