Ingredients:
- 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, preferably Greek for creaminess
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes, optional for thickness
Instructions:
- Peel and segment the oranges. Ensure all seeds are removed.
- Peel the banana if not already done and slice it into pieces.
- Add orange segments, banana slices, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- If desired, add ice cubes for a thicker texture.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Stop blending to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed. Blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
