Ingredients:
- 4 cups popped popcorn
- 3 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups Bugles corn snacks
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1.5 cups candy corn and pumpkin mallows
- 1 cup Halloween M&Ms
- 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
- 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In an extra-large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn, Chex cereal, Bugles, and mini pretzels. Toss gently by hand until evenly distributed.
- In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine white chocolate melting wafers and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until completely smooth and melted.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Use a silicone spatula to gently fold the mixture until pieces are lightly coated in 'cobweb' strands of chocolate.
- While the chocolate is still tacky, add the candy corn, Halloween M&Ms, and dark chocolate chips. Toss briefly so the candy adheres to the clusters.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
- Break the set mix into bite-sized clusters and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
