Ingredients:

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced (e.g., kielbasa or andouille)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth

  3. Add the sausage, diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the flour with the heavy cream until smooth, then stir into the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until the gravy thickens and flavors meld.
  6. Stir well before serving, adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles, garnished with parsley.
