Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., crushed Oreo cookies)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate melts or chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup crushed chocolate cookies (for sprinkling)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until well-combined.
  3. Scoop out equal portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into smooth balls.
  4. Refrigerate the cake pops for 30 minutes until firm.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate melts and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.
  6. Dip the end of each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it halfway into each cake pop.
  7. Dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Sprinkle with crushed cookies if desired and place upright into a styrofoam block or cake pop stand to set.
  9. Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
