Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., crushed Oreo cookies)
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate melts or chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ cup crushed chocolate cookies (for sprinkling)

- Scoop out equal portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into smooth balls.
- Refrigerate the cake pops for 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate melts and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.
- Dip the end of each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it halfway into each cake pop.
- Dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle with crushed cookies if desired and place upright into a styrofoam block or cake pop stand to set.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
