Ingredients:
- 16 Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookies
- 16 oz high-quality white chocolate melting wafers
- 2 tsp refined coconut oil
- 0.25 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Place the white chocolate wafers and coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring thoroughly between each session. Stop heating when only a few small lumps remain; the residual heat will melt them as you stir.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Submerge one Nutter Butter cookie into the melted chocolate. Use a dipping fork to lift it out, tapping the fork gently against the side of the bowl to let the excess coating drip off. Place onto the parchment paper.
- While the coating is still slightly wet, place two mini chocolate chips near the top of the cookie to create eyes. Alternatively, allow the coating to set for 30 minutes, then use black decorating icing to draw faces. Let the ghosts rest until the chocolate shell is completely firm and snapped.
