- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1g) smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the texture is uniform and velvety.
- Add the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until the sugar crystals have fully dissolved and the dressing looks glossy.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Continue whisking until the paprika is evenly distributed.
