Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp (4g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the texture is uniform and velvety.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until the sugar crystals have fully dissolved and the dressing looks glossy.
  3. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Continue whisking until the paprika is evenly distributed.
