Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coconut Water (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds (optional booster)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the coconut water into the blender jug first. If using optional sweetener (honey or maple syrup), stir it directly into the coconut water now so it incorporates fully.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and the fresh lime juice. If you are using any powder supplements (e.g., protein), add them at this stage on top of the liquid.
  3. Place the frozen banana slices into the blender next, followed by the frozen mango and pineapple chunks. Top with the chia seeds (if using).
  4. Secure the lid tightly. Start blending on the lowest speed setting to break down the chunks, then quickly increase to the highest speed.
  5. Blend continuously for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture appears completely uniform and velvety, with no ice chunks remaining. Use the tamper attachment (if your blender has one) to push ingredients down toward the blades.
  6. Taste a small sample. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water (1–2 tablespoons) and blend for 5 seconds. If it’s too tart, add 1/2 teaspoon more sweetener.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve straight away. Job done!
