Ingredients:

  • Basic Icing Sugar Glaze
  • 1 cup (120g) icing sugar, sifted
  • 2-3 tablespoons (30-45ml) milk (or water)
  • Lemon Icing Sugar Glaze
  • 1 cup (120g) icing sugar, sifted
  • 2-3 tablespoons (30-45ml) lemon juice
  • Chocolate Icing Sugar Glaze
  • 1 cup (120g) icing sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk (or water)
  • 1 tablespoon (5g) cocoa powder, sifted

Instructions:

  1. Sift the icing sugar into a mixing bowl to remove lumps.
  2. Start by adding 2 tablespoons of liquid to the icing sugar.
  3. Whisk or stir until smooth.
  4. Add more liquid, one teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. You want it to be pourable but not too runny.
