Ingredients:
- Basic Icing Sugar Glaze
- 1 cup (120g) icing sugar, sifted
- 2-3 tablespoons (30-45ml) milk (or water)
- Lemon Icing Sugar Glaze
- 1 cup (120g) icing sugar, sifted
- 2-3 tablespoons (30-45ml) lemon juice
- Chocolate Icing Sugar Glaze
- 1 cup (120g) icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk (or water)
- 1 tablespoon (5g) cocoa powder, sifted
Instructions:
- Sift the icing sugar into a mixing bowl to remove lumps.
- Start by adding 2 tablespoons of liquid to the icing sugar.
- Whisk or stir until smooth.
- Add more liquid, one teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. You want it to be pourable but not too runny.
