Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 6 oz Premium Cream Soda
  • 3 large clear ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:

  1. Place your glassware in the freezer for 10 minutes until a fine frost forms on the surface. Note: This prevents the ice from melting the moment it touches the glass.
  2. Add 3 large clear ice cubes to the chilled glass.
  3. Measure 2 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey and pour it slowly over the ice.
  4. Tilt the glass slightly and pour 6 oz Premium Cream Soda down the inner side. Note: This preserved the carbonation better than pouring directly onto the ice.
  5. Insert a long spoon to the bottom and lift the ice cubes once or twice gently until the amber streaks disappear.
  6. Top the drink with 1 tbsp whipped cream, letting it sit naturally on the surface.
  7. Dust with 1 pinch ground cinnamon for a fragrant finish.
  8. Slide 1 cinnamon stick into the glass at an angle.
  9. Serve immediately while the bubbles are active and the glass is cold.
