Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs (150g)
- 3 oz (85g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or herbs for flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate egg whites from yolks into two bowls.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, salt, and optional flavorings until smooth.
- Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites gradually, being careful not to deflate the whites.
- Scoop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
