Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs (150g)
  • 3 oz (85g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or herbs for flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate egg whites from yolks into two bowls.
  3. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, salt, and optional flavorings until smooth.
  5. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites gradually, being careful not to deflate the whites.
  6. Scoop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round shapes.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
