Ingredients:
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix (100 g)
- 2 cups cold milk (480 ml)
- 1 cup Cool Whip (whipped topping) (240 ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to sit for about 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a rubber spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
- If using, stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled and set, use the frosting on your desired cake or cupcakes.
