Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix (100 g)
  • 2 cups cold milk (480 ml)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (whipped topping) (240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for about 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a rubber spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. If using, stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once chilled and set, use the frosting on your desired cake or cupcakes.
