Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the rolled oats until evenly distributed.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Prepare frosting by creaming together powdered sugar and butter, then add milk until desired consistency is reached. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Frost cooled cookies and allow the icing to set.
