Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and is fully combined.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Continue to heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
