Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the cheese melts and is fully combined.
- Add the diced tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Continue to heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
