Ingredients:
- 16 oz Velveeta or processed cheese product, cubed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained
- 4 oz canned diced mild green chiles
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Dice the Velveeta and cream cheese into small, uniform 1/2 inch cubes to ensure they melt at the same rate.
- Place the cubed cheeses in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula until the cheese is completely fluid and smooth.
- Fold in the undrained Rotel, diced green chiles, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Continue to stir for 3-5 minutes until the tomatoes are heated through and the spices are fully integrated.
