Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of whole milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of white vinegar or lemon juice.
  3. Whisk the mixture gently until well combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes at room temperature until it thickens slightly and curdles.
  5. Use immediately in your recipe, or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
