Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) 100% fruit juice
- 2 cups (300g) frozen fruit chunks
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 cup (240ml) Sprite or sparkling water
- 1 cup (150g) crushed ice
- 1 tbsp (20g) honey or agave nectar
Instructions:
- Pour the fruit juice and Sprite or sparkling water into the blender first to ensure a smooth vortex and prevent blades from getting stuck.
- Add the frozen fruit chunks and crushed ice to the blender.
- Use the pulse setting in 5-10 second bursts, blending until the mixture reaches a uniform, snowy consistency.
- Stop the blender immediately once the desired texture is achieved and stir in the lemon or lime juice by hand.
