Ingredients:
- 1 packet (0.14 oz / 4 g) unsweetened Kool-Aid mix
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 2 cups (480 ml) room temperature water
- 4 cups (945 g) ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a pitcher, combine the unsweetened Kool-Aid mix, granulated sugar, and water. Stir vigorously for 1–2 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid is clear and vibrant.
- Pour the concentrated syrup into the blender and add the ice cubes.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Use the pulse function to break down larger chunks first, blending until the sound of the motor becomes a smooth, consistent whir.
- Stop the blender and stir with a spoon to check for ice pockets. If too thick, add a splash of water; if too thin, add 1/2 cup (110 g) more ice and blend for another 15 seconds.
