Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, sift the icing sugar to ensure it’s fine and lump-free.
- Gradually add the milk (or water) to the sifted icing sugar.
- Use a whisk or spoon to combine the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- (Optional) Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
- If the icing is too thick, add more milk, a teaspoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency. If too thin, add a little more icing sugar.
- Use immediately to ice your baked goods, ensuring an even spread or drizzle.
