Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) plain yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice or white vinegar
  • Pinch of salt (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, yogurt or buttermilk, and lemon juice or vinegar.
  2. Use a whisk or spoon to blend the ingredients until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Stir in a pinch of salt if desired, and adjust the acidity to your taste by adding more lemon juice or vinegar.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container.
