Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (with live cultures)
Instructions:
- In a clean jar or bowl, combine the heavy cream and plain yogurt.
- Stir gently until well mixed.
- Cover the jar or bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap. Secure it with a rubber band if needed.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Once thickened, stir gently and transfer to the refrigerator.
- Chill for at least two hours before using.
