Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (with live cultures)

Instructions:

  1. In a clean jar or bowl, combine the heavy cream and plain yogurt.
  2. Stir gently until well mixed.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap. Secure it with a rubber band if needed.
  4. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  5. Once thickened, stir gently and transfer to the refrigerator.
  6. Chill for at least two hours before using.
