Ingredients:
- 1 double shot (approx. 60ml / 2 fl oz) espresso, freshly brewed
- 1 tablespoon (7g / 0.25 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
- 60ml / 2 fl oz whole milk (or your milk of choice)
- Optional: Sugar or sweetener to taste
Instructions:
- Lightly dust the inside of your glass with cocoa powder.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder evenly at the bottom of your glass.
- Prepare a double shot of espresso directly into the glass over the cocoa powder.
- Froth the milk until it’s light, airy, and has a stable foam.
- Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso, holding back some of the foam with a spoon.
- Spoon the remaining frothed milk foam on top, creating a distinct layer.
- Finish with a final dusting of cocoa powder over the foam.
- If desired, add sugar or your preferred sweetener.
