Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup strong chilled coffee or espresso
- 1/2 cup frozen coffee cubes
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Freeze leftover coffee in an ice cube tray to create approximately 6-8 frozen coffee cubes.
- Combine the chilled espresso, frozen coffee cubes, chocolate syrup, condensed milk, and heavy cream into a high-speed blender.
- Start the blender on a low setting to break up the cubes, then increase to high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Pour the mocha slushie into a chilled glass or insulated tumbler.
- Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
