Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strong chilled coffee or espresso
  • 1/2 cup frozen coffee cubes
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Freeze leftover coffee in an ice cube tray to create approximately 6-8 frozen coffee cubes.
  2. Combine the chilled espresso, frozen coffee cubes, chocolate syrup, condensed milk, and heavy cream into a high-speed blender.
  3. Start the blender on a low setting to break up the cubes, then increase to high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  4. Pour the mocha slushie into a chilled glass or insulated tumbler.
  5. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
